Each item is hand-painted and made-to-order, so please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.

Standard shipping via USPS or UPS (depending on package size)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on weight and destination.
Shipping Times:

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

International: 7–21 business days after processing (customs delays may occur)
Order Tracking:

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your order arrives damaged, please email photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or work with you to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we’ll help you file claims with the shipping carrier.
