Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

  • Each item is hand-painted and made-to-order, so please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.

  • Custom orders may take longer depending on complexity.

Shipping Methods & Rates:

  • Standard shipping via USPS or UPS (depending on package size)

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on weight and destination.

Shipping Times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing

  • International: 7–21 business days after processing (customs delays may occur)

Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please email photos within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or work with you to resolve the issue.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered, but we’ll help you file claims with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Tips:

  • For international orders, please check your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct—Jess Tries to Paint cannot be responsible for misdelivered items due to incorrect addresses.
