Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jess Tries to Paint. Every piece I create is made with care and attention to detail. Because most items are custom and hand-painted, I want to be transparent about how returns and refunds work.


Custom & Hand-Painted Items

  • All custom or personalized orders (including hand-painted jerseys, hats, and other commissioned pieces) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • If your custom item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll work with you to make it right (repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the situation).


Non-Custom Items (Prints, Ready-to-Ship Art, etc.)

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once I receive and inspect the item, I will issue a refund to your original payment method.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

  • Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Shipping Issues

  • I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your order is lost in transit, please reach out, and I’ll help you open a claim with the shipping provider.
